Still just sprinkles.
About one in three adults is lactose intolerant. The pills that help are usually at home in a drawer, right when the ice cream is in front of you. Still Sprinkles puts the enzyme right on the scoop.
The problem
Lactase is the enzyme that breaks down lactose, the same one sold in lactose-digesting supplements. It works. It's just that nobody carries it to the ice cream shop.
are lactose intolerant. Worldwide, that's most people.
Taking one requires planning ahead. Craving ice cream almost never does.
One person who can't have dairy is often why a whole group skips dessert.
How it works
Any flavor, any shop that carries us. No separate menu, no special tub.
The shop shakes our sprinkles onto your scoop like any other topping.
Lactase helps break down the lactose in the dairy as you eat.
No pill to carry, no planning ahead, no explaining yourself.
The lactase we use is food-grade and Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by the U.S. FDA for use in foods. Still Sprinkles is a food, not a medicine.
For ice cream shops
Lactose-intolerant customers either skip dessert or talk their group out of stopping. Those tickets never reach your register. Still Sprinkles is a topping that brings them back.
The bigger win isn't the topping. It's the family ticket that stops walking past.
Tell us about your shop and we'll follow up with details and samples once validated.
The map
We're signing our first shops now. As each one comes on board, they'll appear here so people can find them.
No shops on the map yet. We're in validation and signing our first locations for the coming season. Want one near you?
The first shop in each town gets a head start: exclusive local launch support, window decals, and the only pin on this map for miles. One shop per town gets to be first.

Your cost is $0.45 per serving at standard wholesale.

These are estimates driven entirely by the assumptions you set. Notice the shape of the math: even one won-back customer a day is usually worth more than the topping itself. The topping is the reason they come. The ticket is the prize. The price table below covers the topping only.

Hi, we're Chris & Lauren, Southwest Florida transplants by way of Boston, living with our adopted doggo, Ziggy. I'm Chris. I love dairy, and I'm exactly the person this product is for. Ice cream isn't something we plan; it's something we decide on a whim, on a walk, on a warm night. And that's precisely when my lactase pills are useless, sitting at home in a drawer.
One day it clicked: the fix shouldn't be something I have to remember. It should already be at the shop, sitting next to the regular sprinkles. Because that's all it is. Still sprinkles.
We're building Still Sprinkles one scoop shop at a time. If you run a shop, or just wish your local spot carried it, we'd genuinely love to hear from you.
Questions
Not yet. Still Sprinkles is in development and undergoing formulation and validation testing. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know as soon as that changes.
Sprinkles made with food-grade lactase, the same enzyme found in lactose-digesting supplements. Lactase from Aspergillus oryzae is Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by the U.S. FDA for use in foods.
No. Still Sprinkles is a food product, a topping. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have questions about your own digestion or symptoms, talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian.
That's exactly what our sensory testing is measuring. The goal is a sprinkle that tastes like any other sprinkle, so shops can use it without changing anything about their menu.
No, it's the opposite idea. Still Sprinkles is designed to be used with regular dairy ice cream, so people don't have to switch to a substitute.
None right now. We're signing one-page, non-binding letters of intent so we know which shops to supply first. No money changes hands and you can walk away at any time.
